We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date shows the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be noted in the app or changelog.
Service description
Hyperfolio is an information and tracking tool only. It aggregates portfolio and market data from public sources across Hyperliquid, AsterDEX, Robinhood Chain, and Lighter, plus optional manual entries you provide. Features include market charts, wallet tracker, trade alerts, Smart Money feeds, prediction/outcome markets (HIP-4), multi-charts, a perp calculator for simulation only, an optional points program, and PWA installation. We do not custody funds, hold private keys, execute trades, or operate as a broker, exchange, or investment adviser. Links to external platforms (including Hyperliquid with our referral code) open third-party services governed by their own terms.

All content—including portfolio values, PnL, alerts, Smart Money opens, prediction probabilities, calculator outputs, leaderboard stats, and points eligibility—is for informational purposes only. It is not investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, and does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Past performance does not predict future results. Crypto assets, derivatives, and prediction markets involve substantial risk of total loss.
Points program
Points are discretionary rewards with no guaranteed cash value unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate promotion. We may modify, cap, suspend, or discontinue the program at any time. Abuse—including automation, farming, or multiple accounts—may result in forfeiture of points. Eligibility scores are indicative only and do not guarantee future rewards. Referral bonus points require verifiable use of our Hyperliquid referral code on a wallet you connect.
Referral, advertising, and third-party links
Hyperfolio may earn fees or other benefits from Hyperliquid referral links shown in the app. Designated slots may display sponsored or advertising content; such placements are labeled as advertising. Third-party websites and apps (exchanges, social networks, analytics providers) have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their handling of your data.
Your responsibilities and acceptable use
You are responsible for the security of your wallets, the accuracy of addresses and manual entries you provide, and compliance with laws in your jurisdiction. Do not use Hyperfolio for illegal activity, market manipulation, harassment, scraping that harms the service, or circumventing points or rate limits. Do not rely on the app as your sole basis for trading decisions.
User-provided information
Labels, manual assets, calculator setups, and other information you enter must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to operate the service. We may remove data that violates these Terms or applicable law.
PWA, push, and sharing
Installing the PWA and enabling push notifications require a compatible browser and, on iOS, home-screen installation. Push may not work in all configurations or while the app is in the foreground on some platforms. When you share images, URLs, or social posts containing portfolio or alert data, you are solely responsible for what you disclose publicly.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Hyperfolio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from trading, missed alerts, push failures, downtime, or reliance on the app, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
